El Camino College (Elco or ECC) is a two-year public community learned located in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County known as Alondra Park. Torrance is a coastal city in the South Bay (southwestern) region of Los Angeles County, California, in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The city has 1.5 miles (2.4 km) of beaches upon the Pacific Ocean and a self-denying year-round climate, with hot temperatures, daily sea breezes, low humidity, and an average rainfall of 12.55 inches per year.
