About Asbury University

Asbury University is a private Christian university in Wilmore, Kentucky. Although it is a nondenominational school, the college’s instigation stems from a Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. The researcher offers 50-plus majors across 17 departments. In the fall of 2016, Asbury University had a total enrollment of 1,854: 1,640 standard undergraduate students and 214 graduate students. The campus of Asbury Theological Seminary, which became a remove institution in 1940, is located across the street from Asbury University.

Wilmore is a home rule-class city in Jessamine County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 6,969 at the 2010 census. It is portion of the Lexington–Fayette Metropolitan Statistical Area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total Place of 2.6 square miles (6.7 km2), all of it land.
