Wagner College is a private advanced arts instructor in Staten Island, New York City. Founded in 1883 and next an enrollment of approximately 2,200 students, Wagner is known for its academic program, the Wagner scheme for the Practical Liberal Arts. It is regionally accredited by the Middle States Commission upon Higher Education.

Staten Island (/ˌstætən ˈaɪlənd/) is a borough of New York City, coextensive with Richmond County, in the U.S. state of New York. Staten Island has Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) bus lines and an MTA rushed transit line, the Staten Island Railway, which runs from the ferry terminal at St. George to Tottenville. Staten Island is the solitary borough that is not associated to the New York City Subway system. The clear Staten Island Ferry connects the borough to Manhattan across New York Harbor. It provides views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Lower Manhattan.
