The State University of New York Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate or Upstate) is a public medical educational in Syracuse, New York. It is ration of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. SUNY Upstate is an upper-division transfer and graduate intellectual with degree programs within the College of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Health Professions, and the College of Graduate Studies. Its Syracuse campus includes Upstate University Hospital. Upstate University Hospital is in addition to the region’s only Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center.
