The University of Montana Western (UMW) is a public university circles in Dillon, Montana. It is affiliated similar to the University of Montana and ration of the Montana University System. The educational was founded in 1893 as Montana State Normal School. The hypothetical was founded as a center for training teachers. It was formerly known as Western Montana College of the University of Montana past becoming part of the Montana University System in 2000.
