About University of Michigan-Flint

The University of Michigan–Flint (U of M Flint) is a public academic circles in Flint, Michigan. It is one of the two regional campuses of the University of Michigan operating under the policies of the Board of Regents. The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor is located 55 miles to the south; the new regional campus is in Dearborn, which is located 72 miles to the southeast. U of M-Flint is classified among “Doctoral/Professional Universities.”

The Charter Township of Flint, also known as Flint Township, is a charter township of Genesee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 31,929 at the 2010 census. The City of Flint is adjoining the township, but the two are administered autonomously.
