Tidewater Community College (TCC) is a public community school in South Hampton Roads, Virginia, with campuses in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach. It is allowance of the Virginia Community College System and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission upon Colleges to award the join degree.

Norfolk (/ˈnɔːrfʊk/ (listen) NOR-fuuk) is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States.
