About Simpson University

Simpson University is a private, Christian academic world in Redding, California. Originally founded in 1921 in Seattle as Simpson Bible Institute, the institution relocated to San Francisco in 1955 and then to Redding in 1989.

Redding is a city in and the county chair of Shasta County, California, United States, in the northern allowance of the state. It lies along the Sacramento River, 162 miles (261 kilometers) north of Sacramento, and 120 miles (190 km) south of California’s northern be next-door to with Oregon.
