About Saint Mary's College

Moraga is a town in Contra Costa County, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The town is named in great compliment of Joaquín Moraga, member of the famed Californio family, son of Gabriel Moraga, and grandson of José Joaquín Moraga, famous 18th century expeditionaries of Alta California. As of 2010, Moraga had a total population of 16,016 people. Moraga is the house of Saint Mary’s College of California.
