About Rocky Mountain College

Rocky Mountain College (Rocky or RMC) is a private school in Billings, Montana. It offers 50 innovative arts and professional majors in 24 undergraduate disciplines. In fall 2013, the college had 1069 enrolled students. It is affiliated in imitation of the United Methodist Church, the Presbyterian Church (USA), and the United Church of Christ.

Billings is the largest city in the U.S. state of Montana, with a population estimated at 109,577 as of 2019. Located in the south-central ration of the state, it is the chair of Yellowstone County and the principal city of the Billings Metropolitan Area, which had an estimated population of 180,385 in 2018. With more hotel accommodations than any Place within a five-state region, the city hosts a variety of conventions, concerts, sporting events, and supplementary rallies. With the Bakken oil expansion in eastern Montana and western North Dakota, the largest oil discovery in U.S. history, as skillfully as the Heath shale oil discovery just north of Billings, the city’s bump rate stayed tall during the shale oil boom.
