About Mesabi Range College

The Mesabi Range College (MRC) formerly Mesabi Range Community and Technical College is a public community scholarly with campuses in Eveleth and Virginia, Minnesota. Students in the Virginia High School and other adjacent to school districts can get college credits after that by taking classes there.

MRC is a advocate of the National Junior College Athletic Association. The university has opportunities for both men and women as without difficulty as intramural activities. Eveleth is a city in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 3,718 at the 2010 census.

The city briefly entered the national news in October 2002, when U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone, along once seven others, died in a plane crash, two miles away from the airport of Eveleth.
