LeTourneau University (LETU) is a private, interdenominational Christian college circles in Longview, Texas. As The Christian polytechnic university, it offers degree programs in engineering, aeronautical science, business, education, nursing, psychology, theology and the arts and sciences. The the academy also provides graduate and undergraduate degree programs online and at the university’s main campus in Longview.

Founded as LeTourneau Technical Institute in February 1946 by R. G. LeTourneau once his wife, Evelyn, the moot initially educated veterans returning from World War II. Total annual enrollment is approximately 3,000.

Longview is the 47th largest city in the welcome of Texas.
