About Finger Lakes Community College

Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) is a public community intellectual in Canandaigua, New York. It is affiliated later the State University of New York and sponsored by Ontario County. The main campus is just east of the City of Canandaigua, with supplementary campus centers in Victor, Geneva, and Newark to further the needs of Ontario County, Wayne County, Yates County and Seneca County in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Canandaigua /ˌkænənˈdeɪɡwə/ (Utaʼnaráhkhwaʼ in Tuscarora) is a city in Ontario County, New York, United States. Its population was 10,545 at the 2010 census. It is the county chair of Ontario County; some administrative offices are at the county highbrow in the adjacent town of Hopewell.

The make known Canandaigua is derived from the Seneca post of its historic village here, spelled variously Kanandarque, Ganandogan, Ga-nun-da-gwa, or Konondaigua, which was conventional long in the past any European Americans came to the area.
