About Chowan University
Chowan University (/tʃoʊˈwɒn/) is a private Baptist academe in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. Although the university is affiliated subsequent to the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, it accepts students of all backgrounds. It is the second-oldest Baptist assistant professor in North Carolina. The academe offers Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in 70 academic disciplines and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The academe enrolls practically 1,500 students.
