Blue Mountain Community College is a community scholarly located in Pendleton, Oregon, United States, and serves Umatilla, Morrow, and Baker counties. It was expected in 1962 and currently offers Associate of Arts degrees, Associate of Science degrees, Associate of Applied Science degrees, Certificates, and transfer degrees to four-year colleges.

Pendleton is a city and the county seat of Umatilla County, Oregon. The population was 16,612 at the 2010 census, which includes approximately 1,600 people who are incarcerated at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution.

Pendleton is the smaller of the two principal cities of the Hermiston-Pendleton Micropolitan Statistical Area. This micropolitan Place covers Morrow and Umatilla counties and had a combination population of 87,062 at the 2010 census.
